Florence leads Tony & Terry Couriers with a blend of financial discipline, commercial awareness and brand-building experience. Her background spans accounts payable, financial operations, compliance, bank reconciliations, reporting and process improvement.

As the founder of Rich Bites, she has developed hands-on expertise in pricing, cost management, digital marketing and customer acquisition. She is pursuing the CFA pathway and guides TnT’s commercial strategy, financial controls, partnerships and growth.
